QA Automation Engineer / Automation Tester in Java

We are inviting an automation testing specialist to help ensure our backend performance, reliability, and game quality match their popularity.

Responsibilities:

  • automate testing for company products: cross-platform games (Html5/WebGL), service applications (Web), client-side (Angular), and server-side components (Java);
  • maintain and improve the current automated regression testing system;
  • develop automated functional, load, and stress tests;
  • analyze test run results;
  • work with the development and testing teams;
  • detect, document, and track bugs in the bug tracker.

Requirements:

  • experience with automated testing;
  • Java skills at a level sufficient for test automation;
  • understanding of the basic principles of the internet and internet services (HTTP, REST, SOAP);

Nice to have:

  • experience using automated testing tools for web services and infrastructure (SOAPUI, JMeter, TestComplete, Selenium) or equivalents;
  • knowledge of a test framework: JUnit/TestNG;
  • Java development experience;
  • experience with CI tools (Jenkins);
  • experience with the Unix console and knowledge of basic commands;
  • ability to express thoughts clearly and precisely;
  • responsibility, accuracy, attention to detail, initiative, and a desire to grow.
